Guys what you have here is something amazing. Although not being old enough to rememebr horizons. The only time I was in WDW when horizons was still around was back in 1991 when I was about 3. Keep it going guys this will end up being an amazing project.
Great job thus far. Keep it up. Cant wait to see more.
I was so excited to see a link to this site on screamscape. Horizons was by far my favorite Epcot attraction so this is pure awesome. Thank you for sharing!
This was my absolute favorite ride in EPCOT! I have truly missed it. I still listen to the Horizons sound track often
Please, please, PLEASE do not cease in your endeavor. I’ve wanted something like this to happen for years, and I’m so happy someone so capable has taken up the mantle! Horizons was my favorite ride, and something like this would literally bring tears to my eyes to re-experience.

Do you have a rough Idea when it will be finished?
Right now it’s looking like a year. So late 2011, early 2012. But I’ll be posting updates at every step of the way.
Sounds great!
An amazing job so far!
If you ask me, this project is really representative of the future of the “virtual” and game spaces. Recreating a history, entertainment or otherwise, in such immense detail enabling practically anyone to experience (or experience again) is so fascinating! If only someone would sponsor you! If I could, I’d have you funded through this project and then get on over to the original Journey into the Imagination!
Best of luck!
“If you can dream it you can do it” if you believe that then you will pull it off just fine
Looks fantastic! Hope you guys keep this up, it looks like it will really be something to see!
When it’s up and running, I’m gonna get some citrus scented air freshner to complete the effect!
This looks beautiful so far, it’s great to see all the detail that is going into this <3 I can't wait to see it all completed!
Horizons changed my life as a child, and it did so until it closed. Horizons inspired me to be who I am… the feeling of science, intellect, blue skies, and the world is whatever you want it to be. If you can dream it…
Wow. I just stumbled across your website and it almost brought tears to my eyes. Horizons will always be my nostalgic touchstone for Disney at its best. I miss it and wish it were still around more than I can say. Thank you for trying to bring it back in such an incredible and honorable way to the people who brought it to life only to have it demolished for a glorified gravitron. Your work does not go unrecognized! I did a quick walk through and can’t wait to see the developments to come. The ambient music outside was spot on! Well done!
This is AMAZING! Horizons was always one of my favorites and I couldn’t believe it when they announced its closing. I wish you a lot of luck as you work toward completion…I know A LOT of people who will absolutely love this!
I wish I had been old enough to experience Horizons and actually remember it. Because of you, I’ll at least have a taste of what it was like.
There really isn’t anything I can say that hasn’t been said before. Please finish this project, and let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
This is awesome guys! You kinda inspire me to do this type of thing for JII v1.0!
